Inertsil WP300 Diol hat eine an Kieselgel gebundene Dihydroxypropylgruppe mit einer Porengröße von 300 und ist in der Lage, große Moleküle zu analysieren. Wie Inertsil Diol kann Inertsil WP300 Diol sowohl für wässrige SEC (Size Exclusion Chromatography) als auch für organische SEC verwendet werden. Als Diolsäule kann Inertsil WP300 Diol sowohl im Normalphasen- als auch im Umkehrphasenmodus verwendet werden. Da die Porengröße von Kieselgel größer ist als die von Inertsil Diol, kann Inertsil WP300 Diol Verbindungen mit einem breiteren Molekulargewichtsbereich trennen als Inertsil Diol.Mehr anzeigen
