GES2050 Gea Luce IP66 Staircase Lighting

Name: GES2050 Gea Luce IP66 Staircase Lighting
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GES2050 is a recessed LED step light with a rectangular white, semi-transparent glass front and an aluminium structure. A horizontal light opening and straight edges give it a modern, minimalist appearance. The manufacturer lists this model as an outdoor marker light.Allow for the front and the mounting boxThe visible front measures 115 mm wide by 81 mm high, while the drawing gives a body depth of 51 mm. Installation also requires a type 503 mounting box, which is not supplied. The illustrated box measures 107.5 × 74.5 × 51.5 mm. These are the box dimensions, not the dimensions of the visible glass front. This fitting is intended to mark steps and circulation routes, including outdoor stairs or routes beside a terrace. Its IP66 rating matters when specifying lighting exposed to dust and water. A qualified installer should assess the mounting position and prepare the electrical installation rather than treating the front dimensions alone as the required recess.Select the light colour before installationThe integrated LED module uses 4.5 W. Before final installation, its colour temperature can be set to 3000 K, 4000 K or 6000 K: warm, neutral or cool white respectively. This is an installation-stage choice, not a stated remote-control function for everyday operation. The manufacturer gives corresponding outputs of 320, 400 and 380 lm, so the lumen figure changes with the selected setting. The fitting provides indirect light with a 120° beam angle. It operates by switching on and off and is not dimmable.Included components and careThe LED module and transformer are included; the 503 mounting box must be obtained separately. Supply is 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The instructions require the mains supply to be disconnected before work. For cleaning, they recommend a damp cloth with mild detergent followed by gentle drying. Cables and electrical components must not be exposed to water or detergent during this process.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
