Endon Hopton 106003 wall light, bright nickel, clear glass, 1×E14

Name: Endon Hopton 106003 wall light, bright nickel, clear glass, 1×E14
Brand: Endon

Endon Hopton 106003 is a wall light with a clear cylindrical glass shade and bright nickel metalwork. Two rings frame the glass, while a curved arm links the shade to a round wall plate. The bulb remains visible rather than concealed behind an opaque diffuser, making its shape part of the fitting's appearance even when switched off.Choose the bulb as well as the fitting Hopton takes one E14 LED bulb rated up to 7 W. The bulb is not included. Endon recommends a filament bulb, whose visible filaments suit the open view through the glass. This is not an integrated LED fitting: the light colour and brightness are determined by the bulb you select, rather than fixed by the wall light. The fitting supports dimming when used with a dimmable bulb and a dimmer compatible with that bulb. An E14 base alone does not establish dimmer compatibility. Check the bulb and control specifications together if adjustable light output is part of your installation.Allow for the projection from the wall Overall dimensions are 25 cm high and 14.5 cm wide, with a projection of 18.5 cm. Compare that projection with the space available beside opening doors and along passageways. As the clear shade leaves the bulb exposed to view, also consider the sightline from a nearby seated position. Hopton provides an option for supplementary wall lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, studies, entrance halls and corridors. Its curved arm and restrained glass cylinder suit classic and modern classic furnishings. The installation instructions specifically exclude bathrooms and outdoor locations; a photograph beside a mirror does not override that restriction.Connection and care The fitting requires a fixed connection to a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply and is Class II. Installation should be handled by a suitably qualified person, with fixings selected for the mounting surface. The manufacturer specifies cleaning with a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. Before replacing the bulb, isolate the electrical supply and allow the light source to cool.Meer tonen
