Trio GALE 673918032 LED ceiling light, matt black
Trio GALE 673918032 is a matt black LED ceiling light formed from three overlapping loops. Its open metal structure replaces a conventional enclosed shade, with pale light strips following the curved outlines. The loops sit at different levels, so their arrangement changes as you view the fitting from different parts of the room.A broad outline close to the ceiling The fitting measures 80 × 65 cm and projects 14.5 cm from the ceiling. This gives it a wide footprint without the hanging cable of a pendant light. Before choosing it, compare both horizontal dimensions with the available ceiling space and the position of the electrical outlet. The width is not the diameter of a circular shade: the unequal width and depth matter when orienting the light above furniture. The manufacturer specifies ceiling mounting only. The installation drawing shows a mounting bracket and a protective-earth connection. This is a Class I fitting, not a wall light to be installed vertically.Warm light with stepped brightness control The integrated 50 W SMD LED source has a colour temperature of 3000 K. Its warm white colour remains the same when brightness changes. Current manufacturer data states a source luminous flux of 7000 lm; this is not an illuminance measurement at a table or a guarantee of coverage in a particular room. The light source is built in, so there is no screw-base bulb to choose separately. A conventional wall switch lets you select three brightness levels. This stepped control should not be confused with continuous dimming through an external dimmer. When planning the controls, allow for switching between fixed levels rather than adjusting brightness with a rotary dimmer.Where the loop design belongs GALE can provide ceiling lighting in a living room, bedroom or hallway, or above a dining table. Its black outline and open geometric curves support a modern or modernist interior. Over a table it remains close to the ceiling rather than dropping to the height of a suspended shade. Choose this arrangement when you want the loop pattern to remain a visible feature overhead, without a long pendant descending into the room below.Mostra di più
