BAZAR BIZAR The Material teak coaster, rustic whitewashed finish 10 × 10 cm

Name: BAZAR BIZAR The Material teak coaster, rustic whitewashed finish 10 × 10 cm
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

The Material in Medium Rustic Washed White is a square teak-wood coaster for a cup or drinking glass. Its whitewashed finish leaves the brown grain visible, while rounded corners soften the outline. This is a wooden table accessory, not a fabric mat or an opaque, all-white coaster.Check the base of your glassThe coaster measures 10 × 10 cm and stands 0.8 cm high. Compare that footprint with the base diameter of the mug or glass you intend to use. The relevant measurement is the surface resting on the coaster, rather than the wider rim of the vessel. Its scale is for serving drinks, not for covering the area beneath a full place setting. The manufacturer specifies a non-absorbent surface and no non-slip base. It should therefore not be chosen as an absorbent pad for collecting moisture or as a way of holding a glass in position. Keep those distinctions in mind when placing it on a smooth tabletop.Whitewash with the wood still visibleExposed grain and uneven white detailing give this version its rustic appearance. The worn-looking finish also works with shabby-chic table accessories. Brown remains part of the visible colour rather than being completely concealed. Use it when serving drinks in a kitchen, dining room or living room, or beside a desk. It is handmade in Indonesia, and the producer allows for small differences in shade and texture between individual pieces.Cleaning the teakRemove dust with a soft cloth or brush. For marks, use a lightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry the wood thoroughly. The manufacturer also recommends occasional food-safe oil to preserve the colour and help prevent cracking or distortion. Follow those wood-care instructions rather than treating the coaster as a washable textile.Pokaż więcej
