Mantra SAL 8492 Table Lamp

Name: Mantra SAL 8492 Table Lamp
Brand: Mantra

Mantra SAL 8492 is the larger SAL table lamp, combining a gold-finished cylindrical head with a black stem and round base. The aluminium construction has a slender upright that bends towards the head, rather than a broad traditional lampshade. A replaceable GU10 bulb fits inside the cylinder and must be bought separately.Check the height as well as the footprintThis version stands 53.5 cm high, with no height adjustment. The technical drawing shows a 14 cm diameter base and an overall horizontal dimension of 18.1 cm. These are different measurements: 18.1 cm is not the base diameter. The head itself measures 5.8 cm across and 9.5 cm long, making a compact cylinder at the end of the tall black support. On a bedside table, desk or side table next to a chair, compare the height of the head and the space required by the base with the surrounding furniture. Also check the route to a socket: the black cable is 1.5 m long. The instructions show the stem being attached to the base and the bulb being fitted, so consult them when preparing the lamp for use.Select the light source yourselfThere is one GU10 socket and no bulb is included. The assembly instructions specify an LED bulb rated at no more than 10 W. That figure is the permitted bulb power, not the consumption of a built-in LED module. Colour temperature, light output and beam angle depend on the bulb you select. The lamp has on/off switching and Mantra lists it as non-dimmable. A replaceable GU10 source does not by itself mean that the complete lamp supports brightness adjustment. For reading, compare the chosen bulb's specifications with the distance to the page or work surface.A gold accent on a simple black outlineThe slim stem, plain round base and single tubular head suit modern and minimalist interiors. Consider SAL 8492 for supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom or study, where its gold head remains visible without a large shade. It is a local table light, not a substitute for the room's general lighting.Pokaż więcej
