Quintiesse Skye pendant light QN-SKYE-1P 1×E27 Heritage Brass, Ø27.4 cm

Name: Quintiesse Skye pendant light QN-SKYE-1P 1×E27 Heritage Brass, Ø27.4 cm
Brand: Quintiesse

Skye QN-SKYE-1P from the Quintiesse collection is a single pendant light with an open, clear glass globe. A slender angled metal ring crosses the globe, while its off-centre opening gives the fitting an asymmetric outline. The steel components have a Heritage Brass finish, repeated on the circular ceiling canopy, with a black cable between canopy and fitting.Allow for the drop, not just the globeThe fitting body measures 328 mm high and 274 mm in diameter. That height is not the installed overall drop: the manufacturer specifies a minimum of 370 mm and a maximum of 3298 mm. These separate measurements let you assess the size of the glass globe and the space occupied between ceiling and tabletop. The cable is 3048 mm long and can be cut during installation. Height is therefore set when the light is fitted, rather than adjusted as an everyday operating feature. The ceiling canopy measures 154 mm across and 20 mm high; compare its footprint with the position of your ceiling connection.Choose the visible bulb separatelyThe pendant takes one E27 bulb rated up to 60 W, or an LED equivalent. No bulb is included. Clear glass leaves the light source on view, making its shape part of the finished appearance. The manufacturer recommends an Edison-style decorative bulb; the illuminated bulb in the photographs does not establish that one comes in the box.Dimming requires a dimmable bulb and a suitable dimmer switch, also supplied separately. Brightness and light colour depend on your chosen source. The 60 W rating is a bulb limit, not a measurement of the pendant's light output.A single pendant or a repeated arrangementThe manufacturer recommends using several individual fittings above a dining table or kitchen island. This article is one pendant, not the complete group shown in the room photographs. Rounded glass, the diagonal ring and brass-toned detailing suit a mid-century modern scheme. The displaced opening remains a visible feature when the light is off, distinguishing Skye from a conventional symmetrical globe shade.Pokaż więcej
