The Teak Root Salt Tray - XS

Name: The Teak Root Salt Tray - XS
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

The Teak Root Salt Tray XS by Bazar Bizar is a small square salt dish made from teak wood. Its shallow recess and gently raised corners distinguish it from a deep round bowl. Visible grain runs through the natural honey-brown surface, rather than giving it the uniform colour of painted tableware.A small dish for serving saltAt 6 cm long, 6 cm wide and 2 cm high, this is a dish for a small quantity of seasoning, not a tray for carrying other dishes. The shallow shape lets you present salt at a kitchen or dining table without using a deep container. Compare these measurements with your own tableware before choosing it: the XS designation describes a genuinely miniature format. The manufacturer's food-use specification is limited to dry food. Choose it for salt or other dry additions, rather than liquid sauces. It is not suitable for heating food in either a microwave or an oven.Grain that varies from piece to pieceHandmade production and a natural material mean that colour, grain and small details can vary between individual dishes. The photographs show this model, but the delivered piece need not have the same grain pattern as the photographed example. Simple square geometry and exposed wood work with rustic table settings or restrained Japandi styling, without relying on applied decoration.Hand washing and oilingWash with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth or sponge, then dry the wood thoroughly straight away. Do not leave the dish soaking, and avoid abrasive tools or harsh cleaning products. The manufacturer recommends regular oiling to maintain the natural colour and reduce drying or cracking. Keep it out of the dishwasher. For everyday use, this care routine is an important difference from tableware designed to go straight into a dishwasher.Pokaż więcej
